If you’re undecided or in-between sizes, we suggest you size up, although that will depend on how much of a form fitting fit you’re looking for.

No measuring tape? Use a piece of string and hold it alongside a ruler.
1. Chest
Measure around the widest part of your chest just below your armpits. The tape measure should be snug around your chest and shoulder blades.
2. Waist
Measure around your body at the point where your waistband typically rests.
3. Inseam
Measure from just below your crotch to the floor while wearing shoes you plan to pair with the pants. Alternatively, take a pair of pants that fit well and measure from the crotch to the bottom of the hem.
4. Sleeve Length
Measure from the center of the back of your neck to your elbow and continue down to your wrist.
Performance
Slightly more relaxed than the base layer, still snug.

It uses 100g insulation in the body and 80g in the sleeves for a balance of warmth and mobility. This women’s insulated fishing jacket also has zippered hand pockets and an internal hem cinch for an adjustable fit over layers.
